Q- Why did you become a chef?
I learned my passion to create great food from my mother and grandmother, cooking with them every Sunday for our Italian feasts. There was always 4-5 courses for multiple families.

That’s easy, Linguini with white clam sauce- fuggedaboutit

Q- Why did you become a chef?
Easy, my dad’s passion for cooking. Whether in the kitchen at home, on the grilling the backyard or on our weekend family camping trips, I loved cooking with him. Then seeing the pride he took in my cooking, inspired me to pursue my dream.
Q- What is your favorite go to Meal?
Braised Short Ribs, I absolutely love them.

There are a lot, but I love the Crispy Thai Shrimp.
